JAKARTA - Last Saturday (⅘), PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk (JTPE) welcomed Toppan Gravity Ltd as one of the company's shareholders.

Toppan Leefung Pte Ltd, through Toppan Gravity Ltd, has purchased Jasuindo’s shares on 25 April 2019 through a trading mechanism on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Toppan Leefung Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Toppan Printing Japan, one of the largest printing companies in Japan with a security printing division known for its quality and technology.

"The entry of new shareholders is seen as a good business synergy and provides a win-win solution for both parties. From the company side, this collaboration will not only expand the company's export market but also technology transfer and management skills that will provide value added for the company," said Oei Allan Wibisono, President Director of PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk, in Sidoarjo on Saturday (4/5).

Jasuindo hopes that the entry of new shareholders can improve the company's performance in the coming year and open up greater export market opportunities. (LM)
